The prices concern the room cost per night and they are variable in respect of the season and duration of the stay.
High season: May, June, July, August, September.
Middle season: March, April, October, December.
Low season: November, January, February.
PLEASE NOTE: Not included in the above mentioned seasonality the following special national holidays (November 1st; December 8th; Easter holidays; Comics Festival, Summer Festival).
Possibility to rent the flat for medium to long periods at nice prices.
